The idea for Charlotte Web Keepers has been in the minds of the founders since the summer of 2000.

The idea is simple- to be the premiere virtual webmaster support company for small to medium-sized businesses.

Work on the business concept began in the Charlotte area in March 2002. Our vision is to create an easy to use service for small business owners to submit content changes for their web sites. After many years of consulting we have seen a need for such a service on a regular basis. While this service is not a replacement for a full time web designer or webmaster for large web-based businesses, it is our belief that businesses should focus on their core competency and outsource when possible. Charlotte Web Keepers fills the need for competent web site maintenance work to be done on an ongoing basis at an affordable price.

After all, we are a small business offering our services to other small businesses. We believe strongly in growing our business based on excellent customer service. Your success = our success!
